Prataap Snacks Limited has received requests dated August 1, 2026 from six promoters seeking reclassification from the "Promoter" category to the "Public" category, pursuant to Regulation 31A(8)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The promoters requesting reclassification are:

• Mr. Arvind Mehta (Promoter) - Holding: 100,000 shares (0.42% of capital)
• Mr. Naveen Mehta (Promoter) - Holding: 183,960 shares (0.77% of capital)
• Mr. Arun Kumar Mehta (Promoter) - Holding: Nil shares
• Mrs. Rita Mehta (Promoter) - Holding: 227,176 shares (0.95% of capital)
• Mrs. Kanta Mehta (Promoter) - Holding: Nil shares
• Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mehta (Promoter) - Holding: Nil shares

The Company shall take necessary steps within such time and manner in accordance with the requirements of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
