RBI sanctioned the voluntary amalgamation of The Bapunagar Mahila Co‑operative Bank Ltd with Shri Vinayak Sahakari Bank Ltd.
The amalgamation scheme becomes effective on March 27, 2026, converting all Bapunagar Mahila branches into Vinayak Sahakari branches.
Approval was granted under Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (sub‑section (4) of Section 44A read with Section 56).
