The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, vide order dated September 02, 2025, directed SEBI to sell properties belonging to Royal Twinkle Star Club Pvt. Ltd. (RTSCL) and Citrus Check Inns Ltd. 4. Kerala Land: Chinnakanal Village, Udumbanchola Taluka, Idukki District, Kerala. Area: 11.50 Acres. Reserve Price: ₹9,70,27,321
Final Outcome
The e-auction for these properties is scheduled to be conducted on September 15, 2026, at 10:30 AM.
