SEBI Appellate Authority dismissed an RTI appeal seeking detailed internal records of a SCORES complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank.
The authority upheld the CPIO's response that all complaint actions are recorded electronically on SCORES and accessible to the complainant.
The decision cited a CIC ruling and Delhi High Court precedent on information already in the public domain being excluded from RTI.
