Shukra Medtech Submits Revised CA Certificate for Name Change

Shukra Medtech Limited has submitted a Revised Chartered Accountant Certificate dated September 16, 2026, to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) in connection with its final application for change of name from "SHUKRA PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED" to "SHUKRA MEDTECH LIMITED" and consequent change in symbol.

The revised certificate was issued by the company's Statutory Auditors, M/s Shah Sanghvi & Associates, Chartered Accountants, and was prepared to provide detailed numerical parameters and revenue/asset figures in strict compliance with the format and criteria mandated under Regulation 45 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

This revised certificate completely substitutes the earlier certificate dated August 27, 2026. A Corrigendum to the Postal Ballot Notice regarding this change was duly disseminated to shareholders on September 22, 2026.

The company has requested NSE to take the revised certificate on record, consider it as compliance, and grant final approval for the name and symbol change.
