Star Housing Finance appointed M/s. Parikh & Associates to conduct an external audit into a National Housing Bank snap audit report.
The company stated the matter under review is at a stage of suspicion and irregularities have not yet been substantiated.
The appointment was made to ensure transparency and adherence to corporate governance standards under SEBI LODR regulations.
