This disclosure is a continuation and clarification of the company's earlier announcement dated 10 July 2026 regarding receipt of a Notice under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act).
The Notice came to the knowledge of the Company's management on 09th July 2026 after completion of the internal routing process. Immediately upon the matter coming to the knowledge of the management, the Company assessed the materiality of the event and made the requisite disclosure to the Stock Exchange on 10th July 2026.
The disclosure was made within 24 hours of the event coming to the knowledge of the management, in compliance with the requirements of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The disclosure was made within the prescribed timeline from the date on which the event came to the knowledge of the management.
Except for the above clarification regarding the timing of disclosure, all other contents of the disclosure dated 10th July 2026 remain unchanged.
