KYC / Shareholder Compliance Update
TARC Limited has initiated the dispatch of intimations to identified shareholders holding securities in physical form, requesting them to furnish their PAN, KYC, and nomination details to the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), Skyline Financial Services Private Limited.
This action is in compliance with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/38/131(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/11429812026 dated February 6, 2026.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Security holders whose folios do not have PAN, Choice of Nomination, Contact Details, Bank Account details, and Specimen Signature updated shall be eligible:
- To lodge grievance or avail any service request from the RTA only after furnishing these details
- For any payment including dividend, interest or redemption payment, if applicable, shall be made only through electronic mode upon complying with the requirements
Required Documentation
Shareholders are requested to submit:
- Form ISR-I duly filled along with self-attested supporting documents for KYC details updation
- Form ISR-2 duly filled with banker attestation of signature along with Original cancelled cheque or self-attested copy of bank passbook/statement
- Form SH-13 for nomination updation OR ISR-3 for "Opt-out of the nomination"
Submission Methods
Documents can be submitted through:
- Hard copies (self-attested and dated)
- Electronic mode (sent through registered E-mail ID, electronically/digitally signed)
- In Person Verification (IPV) - RTA authorized person verifies original documents and retains copies with IPV stamping
Additional Recommendations
Although optional, shareholders are encouraged to register their email addresses to receive Company communications, shareholder correspondence, Annual Report, and other updates electronically.
