Tomorrow Technologies Global Innovations Limited (formerly CNI Research Limited) has discontinued its research business and voluntarily surrendered its Research Analyst License, effective March 2025. The company communicated this surrender to BSE on 10th March 2025.
Following the discontinuation of the research business, the company adopted new Articles and Memorandum of Association to pursue business in artificial intelligence, blockchain, and tokenization. Accordingly, the company's name was changed to Tomorrow Technologies Global Innovations Ltd., which has been duly approved by BSE.
The company clarifies that the Research Analyst License was not cancelled on account of non-payment of fees (as has been published by SEBI and in some news articles), but was a voluntary surrender. Management states they will bring this fact to the attention of the relevant authorities.
For the record, the company vide email dated 3rd June 2026 had informed SEBI of its decision not to renew the license, in response to the only show-cause notice received for payment of license fees.
