Vardhman Trusts File SEBI Exemption Compliance Certificates

S P Oswal Trust and Mrs Shakun Oswal Trust submit auditor certificates confirming compliance with SEBI's August 2021 exemption order.
The trusts acquired 5,98,000 and 2,72,653 Class A shares of Devakar Investment respectively on June 29, 2023.
Auditor certifies no change in ownership/control of Vardhman group companies and adherence to all SEBI conditions.
Compliance status is certified for the period ending March 31, 2026, as required by the SEBI takeover regulations.
