Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited has intimated the adoption of its "Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" ("Code") to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

The Board of Directors approved and adopted this Code under Regulation 8 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended ("SEBI PIT Regulation").
