Impact of Rescission

  • All facilities under the respective Facilities Agreements have been fully repaid
  • All other liabilities under the Facilities Agreements have been discharged
  • All restrictions on Vedanta Limited that were disclosed in earlier disclosures (dated April 21, 2025, June 26, 2025, February 02, 2026, and May 15, 2026) stand released
  • The restrictions previously prevented Vedanta Limited from undertaking certain actions/activities unless permitted within the parameters of the applicable Facilities Agreement
