Vedanta Power Limited has formulated and adopted a comprehensive Insider Trading Prohibition Code in compliance with Regulation 8(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The code includes multiple components:

• Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of the Company
• Policy & Procedures for Inquiry in case of leak of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information
• Code of Practices & Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information
• Policy for determination of "Legitimate Purpose"
