The Company received communication from the Reserve Bank of India on 06.07.2026 regarding cancellation of its NBFC registration certificate. The RBI order was passed on 22nd June, 2026 and communicated via letter no. KOL.DOR.DOR No.S643/01.01.027/2026-27 dated 24th June, 2026.

Regulatory Basis

The cancellation was executed by RBI under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, which empowers the central bank to cancel certificates of registration for NBFCs.
