Court recalled the earlier order dated 26 February 2026 that had reserved judgment in the case.
Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, representing Union Government, RBI and SBI, requested a day's time to answer court's query.
Appeals were ordered to be relisted for hearing on 20 May 2026 immediately after fresh matters.
