Overview
The 140th Canton Fair opened on October 15, 2026 in Guangzhou, China, and is scheduled to be held in three distinct phases. The exhibition will feature more than 700 New Collection events, representing a 15% increase compared with the previous session.
New Collection Gallery
For the first time, the fair has launched a dedicated New Collection Gallery located near the high‑traffic platform that connects Area A and Area B. The gallery is divided into three sections: a product display area, a digital interactivity area, and a business‑matching area, creating an integrated platform that combines product showcase with commercial matchmaking and aims to enable buyers and exhibitors to connect more efficiently.
Digital Engagement
The fair is augmenting its physical exhibition with livestreaming programs. Featured broadcasts will highlight exhibition tours, product demonstrations and new product launches across a wide range of industries, allowing international buyers to view innovations in real time regardless of location.
Theme Release Events
Daily New Collection Theme Release events are held at the central platform between Area A and B during Phase 1. The themes highlighted include smart living appliances, service robots, low‑altitude smart inspection, smart electronics, precision tools and green energy storage. These sessions give exhibitors additional opportunities to present newly launched products and engage directly with global buyers.
