The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) released the 47th monthly report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for States and Union Territories for June 2026. This comprehensive report provides detailed analysis of public grievance types, categories, and disposal patterns across Indian states and UTs.

In June 2026, the system received 96,190 public grievance cases for States/UTs and successfully redressed 93,170 cases. Uttar Pradesh recorded the highest number of disposals with 31,460 PG cases resolved, followed by Maharashtra with 7,619 cases disposed. As of June 30, 2026, the total pendency of PG cases on the CPGRAMS portal stands at 216,032 across all States and UTs, with 23 States/UTs each having more than 1,000 pending cases.

The report indicates significant user engagement with 83,544 new users registering on CPGRAMS in June 2026 through various channels. Uttar Pradesh contributed the highest number of new registrations at 15,287. The Feedback Call Centre collected 75,318 feedback instances in June 2026, with 33,092 feedbacks specifically collected from States/UTs.

CPGRAMS integration with Common Service Centres has expanded accessibility, now available at over 500,000 CSCs associated with 250,000 Village Level Entrepreneurs. In June 2026, 6,262 grievances were registered through Common Service Centres. A dedicated Review Module has been operational since June 6, 2025, to facilitate senior-level review of PG cases in States/UTs.

Under the Sevottam Scheme, training data for the last five financial years shows 1,196 training courses completed, training approximately 39,509 officers. The year-wise breakdown shows 280 courses training 8,496 officers in FY2022-23, 236 courses training 8,477 officers in FY2023-24, 319 courses training 10,881 officers in FY2024-25, 325 courses training 10,457 officers in FY2025-26, and 36 courses training 1,198 officers in FY2026-27 (until June 30).
