Award Presentation

The accolade was presented by Bollywood actress Kiara Advani to Pankaj Dugar, Director & CEO of Ireo Hospitality Company Private Limited (IHCPL), during a ceremony held at the Grand Hyatt, Gurugram. The Times Realty Awards are an annual event that recognises excellence, innovation and leadership across India’s real‑estate sector.

Design and Scale

Designed by the international architectural firm Foster + Partners, Ireo Boulevard spans approximately 3.5 lakh square feet. The project is part of a larger 5‑star GRIHA‑rated complex that also includes the Grand Hyatt Hotel and the Grand View High Tower, underscoring a commitment to sustainability and responsible luxury.

Retail and Dining Portfolio

The development houses more than 55 Indian fashion, lifestyle and home décor labels, featuring celebrated designers such as Tarun Tahiliani, JJ Valaya, Amit Aggarwal, Masaba, Good Earth, Ensemble, EKA, and others. Complementary experiential dining options include Cafe Dori, Avatar, and JuuJuu, among several additional concepts.

Conceptual Vision

Pankaj Dugar stated, “Luxury today is defined by how a place makes you feel. At Ireo Boulevard, we set out to create a destination where architecture, curated retail, and nature’s experiences come together seamlessly. This recognition by the Times Realty Awards validates that vision and our belief that luxury retail can be both distinctive and deeply experiential.”

Distinctive Experience

The boulevard integrates natural elements—calm water bodies, tree‑lined promenades, natural wind movement, and balanced sunlight with controlled lighting—to create a soothing, sensory environment that transforms conventional retail into a curated, immersive high‑street experience.

Significance

The award highlights a growing shift in luxury retail where consumers increasingly value experiential elements alongside products, positioning Ireo Boulevard as a benchmark for future luxury high‑street developments in India.
