The discount campaign will run from October 2 to November 16, 2026, offering up to 20% discount on Khadi products and 10% discount on village industry products across all Khadi Bhawans nationwide, including the flagship store at Connaught Place in New Delhi. The initiative is positioned as supporting Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Har Ghar Swadeshi, Ghar-Ghar Swadeshi' and 'Vocal for Local' campaigns.
Chairman Goyal highlighted the sector's significant economic impact, revealing that the Khadi and Village Industries sector achieved a turnover of over ₹1.87 lakh crore in the financial year 2025-26 while providing employment to more than 2.04 crore people. He expressed confidence that the sector would achieve its future turnover target of ₹2.51 lakh crore.
