Concluding Themes and Implementation Framework
In the concluding address, Shri Jagdeep Gupta, Secretary of CBC, summarized three core themes from the deliberations corresponding to the TI Transformation Framework pillars: structural and governance reforms requiring empowered institutional leadership; operational excellence and ecosystem collaboration through systematic sharing of resources via UNNATI; and digital and AI adoption with stronger digital infrastructure while keeping final decisions with people. States/UTs were requested to finalize their Action Plans incorporating workshop feedback.
About UNNATI Platform
UNNATI (Unified New-Age National Training Initiative) is a digital platform launched by CBC that connects over 700 Training Institutions across India, evolving from the earlier NSCSTI accreditation into a continuous development ecosystem. The platform enables institutional visibility, collaboration, systematic sharing of faculty, knowledge and infrastructure, uses Capacity Building Plans as continuous demand signals, and integrates with iGOT Karmayogi and State HR systems to track both online and offline learning. The UNNATI Capability Index provides real-time benchmarking of institutional performance.
