Leela Palaces ESOP Scheme Amendments Approved via Postal Ballot
Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts disclosed voting results for two special resolutions amending its 2024 ESOP scheme via remote e-voting.
Both resolutions were approved with overall majorities of 89.53%
