SEBI cancels the registration of research analyst Priyanka Yadav (Trade Money Research) for multiple regulatory violations.
The entity was found to be operated by Sandeep Yadav, who was previously debarred by SEBI from securities market activities.
Violations include non-compliance with fit and proper criteria, failure to disclose material information, and delayed annual audit submission.
The order comes after an earlier SEBI directive that had already debarred the noticee from market activities for two years.
