Suryoday SFB RBI Approves Joint Auditor Reappointment

The Reserve Bank of India has approved the re-appointment/continuation of two joint statutory auditors for Financial Year 2026-27
M/s. Mukund M. Chitale & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 106655W) will serve their third year as joint statutory auditor
M/s. Gokhale & Sathe, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 103264W) will serve their second year as joint statutory auditor
The Board of Directors had recommended this reappointment at their meeting held on May 07, 2026
RBI approval was granted vide letter No. Ref.CO. DOS. RPD. No. S1724/08.62.005/2026-27 dated June 05, 2026, received by the Bank on June 05, 2026
The reappointment follows RBI Circular No. RBI/2021-22/25 Ref. No. DoS. CO. ARG / SEC.01/08.91.001/2021-22, dated April 27, 2021
